About This Workshop

Strengthen audit capability, improve compliance performance, and lead quality assurance across your RTO.

Australia’s revised VET regulatory landscape demands stronger internal audit capability, deeper systems thinking, and more rigorous assurance practices. This workshop equips RTO professionals to lead systematic audit programs that enhance governance, elevate quality, and drive continuous improvement.

What Will I Learn?

This program deep-dives into the full audit lifecycle—planning, conducting, reporting, and improving—using practical tools and methodologies contextualised for the VET environment. You will explore audit frameworks, the Standards for RTOs 2025, and the RTO Quality Management System, positioning audit practice as a strategic engine for operational uplift.

Across interactive case scenarios, you’ll learn to analyse evidence, identify systemic risks, evaluate assessment systems, and produce defensible audit findings. Delivery integrates real RTO workplace tasks, enabling you to translate knowledge into confident audit performance.

You will walk away ready to design and implement audit programs that accelerate continuous improvement, strengthen governance, and reinforce your RTO’s compliance maturity.
