The RTO initial registration process can be overwhelming for people that are going through it for the first time and the national success rate is below 35%.\n\nApplicants must submit evidence that meets RTO\u2019s regulatory requirements and demonstrates their knowledge and commitment with the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Quality Framework (including the Standards for RTOs, and the other four legislative instruments). A comprehensive audit is conducted by the national regulator to determine the outcome of the application.
